GUIDE OF THE CITY THE ORIGINS OF ALASSIO
Alassio with his 1000 years, the legend of Adelasia, daughter of the Emperor Ottone I who together with Aleramo found rifuge in todays Alassio. The first families settled down on the hills ( named "Castle Madonna delle Grazie" ) later close to the beach, called “ Burgum Alaxii “.

THE CITY

Alassio is the parfume of the sea, the hot sun and blue sky, strong and sweet colors, the heart is alive from the "Baia".
Limpid water and fine sand, golden fine to allow to have a walk on the beach. Due to the climat you can enjoy the sun also in the winter. In the summer explodes the life on the beach, in the evening you can have really fun, there are a lot of shows and events to see. At the end Alassio is a beautiful so in the summer as in the winter, the walk along the beach and small little streets as to do some shopping in elegant boutiques like the famous "Budello", the famous “ Muretto “ wall with wellknown VIPs.
